When you contact us with your desire to use our services we will send you a family application form and our terms and conditions. Once we receive that, and understand what you are looking for we will match your particular requirements to our Au Pairs and send you a list of no more than three potential candidates initially from whom you can choose who you would like to interview.
We are truly committed to finding you the best possible candidate, therefore should you not be happy in any way with the Au Pair we have sent you, we promise to work closely with you and them to sort out any issues or problems and will not hesitate to find another more suitable candidate for you should that be necessary.
We offer an honest and open ongoing relationship with you where we will endeavor to support you from the start of your
relationship with us until the end in any way we possibly can.

For our Au Pairs:

If you are passionate about children, honest, hardworking, responsible and reliable then we can offer you the opportunity to receive Au Pairing and babysitting work from our clients. When you contact us with the desire to work for Au Pairs on Call we ask you to send us a detailed CV and contactable references.
If we feel that you will be an excellent candidate for our families we will invite you to come and meet us for an interview and to complete the application process with us. We can then assist you in your desire to become an Au Pair by helping you to obtain first aid or other child care related qualifications and provide advice and support in any way we can to help you become the best possible Au Pair and or babysitter that you can be.
